Karen is an excellent recruitment consultant. She works with you to create an effective brief that will lead to a strong shortlist of candidates at pace. Karen and I have worked together for over a decade. As an interim programme director or project lead I am frequently looking for high-quality interim candidates, often at short notice. Karen has supported me in finding candidates for a rail mobilisation team, a transition and change management team and the programme management function for a global charity.
