Reflecting on our journey and looking ahead

As we’re about to embark on our 6th year of trading on the 1st August of this year, I wanted to spend some time to take stock and reflect.

Firstly and most importantly, thank you to my incredibly loyal network who consistently puts their trust and support into the work that we do. We are very clear about navigating this challenging market with a strong moral compass and ensuring that we encourage fairness and transparency from all those that we engage with.

It takes a lot of strength and courage to run your own business when the demands placed on you are often carried by companies with larger teams. There is no recipe for success, just sheer hard work and a determination to support those who ask for our help. The door is always open and we will always find time to listen. We share in the disappointments of our candidates who find themselves in highly competitive recruitment processes, and we strive to learn how we and our clients can do better and apply lateral and progressive thinking to company staffing challenges.

As we embark on year 6 we feel equipped with a broad array of experiences to support our network through the inevitable challenges that will arise. We are now stronger in our capability but also in our resolve to continue providing our support in an equitable and ethical way.

Thank you to all of those who have supported our business and favoured our approach. We look forward to continuing our good work and to making a significant difference and impact on the transport industry today and in the future.
